An Afterthought

3 years agoLa Hoya like many slums is a place where people are desperate, living without basic human rights. It is hard to get out of these slums because the environment is not conducive to productivity. If one of the children would like to start doing homework and it starts raining, the roof does not hold the water and the house floods. These are not good conditions for anyone to live, making it hard, impossible, to improve the self.
I cannot understand, but at least I can know.
